Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or repair issues.
  • •Operate the truck safely to deliver materials to construction sites per dispatch instructions and applicable laws.
  • •Monitor gauges during operation and perform operator maintenance and minor field repairs as needed.
  • •Maintain delivery documentation: check delivery tickets, obtain required signatures, and keep operator logs/records per policy and DOT regulations.
  • •Maintain safety by following prescribed rules, communicating with the dispatcher/supervisors, and reporting improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions.
