Leading and growing a high-performing engineering team within Adobe’s Product Engagement Systems, you will drive end-to-end execution from ideation to launch, partner across product/design/growth/data to define roadmaps, own technical strategy for rapid prototyping and scalable user workflows, embed analytics through telemetry, ensure performance and reliability, and mentor engineers to build accountable, high-impact teams.
