Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute government relations, stakeholder engagement, and corporate activities across China in support of the Corporate Affairs strategy and engagement plan.
  • •Maintain stakeholder mapping and analysis to identify, prioritise, and track government, regulatory, and non-government stakeholders for engagement planning.
  • •Monitor and analyse China policy, regulation, geopolitical and macroeconomic environment, plus peer company activities, to inform recommendations.
  • •Prepare briefing materials, policy summaries, and analytical reports translating regulatory and political developments into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • •Support planning, coordination, and on-the-ground execution of senior executive visits, conferences, and high-level stakeholder engagements, including logistics and post-event follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Government Relations, International Relations, Public Policy, Communications, Languages, or a related field.
  • •8–10 years of relevant experience in corporate affairs, government relations, public policy, or stakeholder engagement in multinational organisations, consultancies, or agencies.
  • •Experience working on China-related policy, regulatory, or stakeholder issues with familiarity navigating government and international environments.
  • •Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • •Strong business writing and analytical skills to produce senior-level briefing materials, reports, and structured insights from complex developments.
