Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assigned technical tasks to work instructions, procedures, and safety standards in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • •Operate production equipment, monitor process conditions, and execute startup/shutdown procedures.
  • •Troubleshoot production equipment and tooling, support downtime root cause analysis, and coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams.
  • •Use hand/power tools and precision measurement instruments for calibration, inspection, and basic repair; handle hardware to prevent damage and perform quality checks.
  • •Record work in Warp/Factory Manual systems, support corrective actions to improve OEE, uphold 5S, and cross-train across stations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to read and work from work instructions, layout drawings, and mechanical/electrical/pneumatic schematics and parts lists.
  • •Basic familiarity with hand and power tools and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters).
