  • •Develop, implement, and continuously improve standardized PLDM toolsets and ERP systems for industrialization, manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • •Capture learnings, share best practices, and drive global knowledge exchange through Communities of Practice.
  • •Engage stakeholders and support teams with structured releases, training, and continuous improvement to adopt new capabilities.
  • •Manage and support change requests through the Change Control Board (CCB) to meet business requirements.
  • •Ensure quality system elements (tools, data models, job descriptions, training, procedures, and work instructions) remain aligned.
