Key Responsibilities

  • •Support commercial contracting day-to-day by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating sales, marketing, and IT agreements and managing contract request flow.
  • •Support and educate operational teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success) on legal and contractual matters with practical guidance and best practices.
  • •Help with GDPR compliance work such as updating ROPA and reviewing DPAs.
  • •Monitor and track applicable regulations (including the AI Act and Data Act) and translate requirements into internal processes and contractual clauses.
  • •Maintain the contract library and optimize legal workflows with AI to improve team efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in law, ideally specializing in data protection/privacy, IT law, or business law, with a school convention de stage for a full internship.
  • •First experience in a law firm or in-house legal commercial department (e.g., prior internship).
  • •Comfortable supporting a steady volume of commercial contract work and eager to learn to review, draft, and negotiate independently.
  • •Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
  • •Interest in AI technologies and their legal implications, including the EU AI Act.
