Job Summary

Join a global team as a CDE Lead/Principal Consultant, overseeing the end-to-end Information Management process for major projects. You’ll lead CDE configuration, governance, and adoption, collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers, develop information standards, deliver program-level reporting and analytics, and mentor CDE Managers and Document Controllers while driving continuous improvement and training across client programmes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development, configuration and implementation of Common Data Environments aligned to client requirements and ISO 19650 best practice, including folder structures, metadata, workflows and access control.
•Establish and manage CDE configuration processes that support robust change control and governance.
•Produce project or programme Information Standards, detailing the Information Management and CDE requirements.
•Develop and deliver programme-wide reporting and analytics on CDE usage, focusing on data accuracy, completeness and performance.
•Oversee day-to-day management and operation of the CDE and provide line management and training to CDE Managers and Document Controllers.

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience as Information Manager / CDE Specialist / Lead Document Controller.
