Key Responsibilities

  • •Land inside customer accounts, scope what needs to be built, ship it, and move to the next build.
  • •Build EHR integrations and connect disconnected customer systems into Cair so work can run through agents automatically.
  • •Deploy, configure, and tune AI agents for each customer’s specific revenue cycle setup.
  • •Debug issues live, often under time pressure.
  • •Decide what becomes generalized into the core product versus staying a one-off build, and hand off generalized work to the platform team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •CS degree or equivalent hands-on experience, plus 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, implementation, or technical customer success).
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals with ability to own work from design through production.
  • •Experience writing Python (or similar), SQL, and React, plus working knowledge of REST APIs.
  • •Experience with AWS and GCP.
  • •Comfort building or working with AI agents, and using AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode, or similar) in daily workflow.
