•Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to job changes and offboarding, partnering with Talent, IT, and Office Management.
•Manage and evolve the HRIS, including system migrations, accurate employee records, and compliance documentation requirements.
•Partner with Finance and People leadership on payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate execution.
•Support immigration processes for employees by coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders to manage cases.
•Identify and drive People Operations workflow efficiencies by automating and streamlining processes through AI and modern tooling.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related generalist role, ideally in a fast-growing tech company.
•Hands-on HRIS experience managing people systems (Rippling, ADP, BambooHR, Workday, or similar), including migrations and data integrity.
•Experience leveraging AI tools to build automated workflows that improve operational efficiency on the People team.
•Solid understanding of US employment compliance, including record-keeping and I-9 requirements.
•Experience supporting immigration processes and administering leave management programs, with working knowledge of applicable federal and state leave laws.
