Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to job changes and offboarding, partnering with Talent, IT, and Office Management.
  • •Manage and evolve the HRIS, including system migrations, accurate employee records, and compliance documentation requirements.
  • •Partner with Finance and People leadership on payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • •Support immigration processes for employees by coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders to manage cases.
  • •Identify and drive People Operations workflow efficiencies by automating and streamlining processes through AI and modern tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related generalist role, ideally in a fast-growing tech company.
  • •Hands-on HRIS experience managing people systems (Rippling, ADP, BambooHR, Workday, or similar), including migrations and data integrity.
  • •Experience leveraging AI tools to build automated workflows that improve operational efficiency on the People team.
  • •Solid understanding of US employment compliance, including record-keeping and I-9 requirements.
  • •Experience supporting immigration processes and administering leave management programs, with working knowledge of applicable federal and state leave laws.
