Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as the front-line brand ambassador. Build client relationships through product expertise and styling, drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and support omni-channel transactions using mobile POS and clienteling tools. Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized, process transactions and inventory replenishment, and help with daily store operations while meeting individual and team KPIs.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including inventory processing, cash wrap, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient transaction processing.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS with basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS) and ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business needs with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.
