Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a forklift and truck to move buildings on company grounds.
  • •Hook/unhook cables and re-rig straddle lift to support building transport.
  • •Communicate with spotters and other operators via radio/verbally to move buildings safely.
  • •Ensure lifting hardware is properly torqued and keep personnel clear during lifts and transport.
  • •Assist with spotting buildings and place foam pieces on trailers for buildings to rest on.

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.

  • •Ability to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bend, twist, grab, reach, stand, walk, push, pull) and work outside in seasonal temperatures.
