  • •Conceptualize storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives
  • •Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across motion outputs while elevating quality through experimentation and art direction
  • •Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams, mentor junior motion designers, and partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers
  • •Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, develop reusable templates/motion systems, manage multiple projects, and troubleshoot animation/rendering/VFX issues

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field
  • •5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
  • •Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus)
  • •Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
  • •Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
