Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement NAND Flash reliability test flows to assess performance and prevent extrinsic/intrinsic reliability escapes.
  • •Perform high-volume statistical analysis to evaluate NAND DPM and intrinsic reliability risks and trends.
  • •Drive electrical failure analysis and advanced characterization to identify root causes and solution spaces.
  • •Develop countermeasures (targeted stresses/screens) and qualify products with control measures to achieve best-in-class DPM and cell reliability.
  • •Collaborate across Fab, NAND Technology, NAND Design, Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability; support customer reliability inquiries and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s with 7+ years, or Master’s with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •Experience in semiconductor reliability, NAND technology, and electrical failure analysis.
  • •In-depth background in NAND design, device physics, circuits, process, and test/validation.
  • •Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills, with strong communication.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring junior engineers.
