Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end post-order customer experience and act as the primary escalation point for customer issues and executive engagement.
  • •Lead customer engagement cadence (weekly operational reviews, monthly/quarterly business reviews, and executive-level discussions) to drive satisfaction.
  • •Maintain deep program knowledge across 25+ concurrent projects, including risks, execution details, and overall performance.
  • •Directly lead, develop, coach, and retain project managers and project engineers while operating as a matrix leader across cross-functional teams.
  • •Ensure alignment to OTD/OTIF, scope, quality, and execution expectations, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
