Key Responsibilities

•Lead design sessions with enterprise clients to understand their product, workflows, and customers better than they do.
•Define how Axle will fit into each client’s product, technology stack, and operations, documenting design decisions across people, process, and technology.
•Travel to client sites approximately once a month to build relationships and lead in-person design sessions with executives and operators.
•Partner with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Managers to ensure designs are executable in the field.
•Develop a library of design patterns, solution architectures, and client workflow documentation to accelerate future implementations.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually
