Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a technical expert on Snowflake’s AI/ML workload capabilities.
  • •Build, deploy, and operationalize ML pipelines using Snowflake features and/or partner tools based on customer requirements.
  • •Create hands-on POCs demonstrating best practices for GenAI and ML workloads using SQL, Python, and APIs.
  • •Work with system integrator consultants and provide guidance to resolve customer-specific technical challenges.
  • •Support knowledge transfer and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake products and marketing.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
  • •Hands-on scripting with SQL and at least one of Python, R, Java, or Scala.
  • •Thorough understanding of the data science lifecycle (feature engineering, model development, deployment, and management).
  • •Strong understanding of MLOps, including technologies and methods for deploying and monitoring models.
  • •Experience with at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and at least one data science tool (e.g., SageMaker, AzureML, Vertex, Dataiku, DataRobot, H2O, Jupyter Notebooks).
