Job Summary

Design and deliver AI/ML workload solutions for customers using Snowflake and its partner ecosystem. Build and deploy ML pipelines and hands-on POCs using SQL, Python, and APIs for GenAI and ML workloads. Advise on best practices, knowledge transfer, and troubleshoot customer technical challenges, collaborating with Services Delivery, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing. Travel to customer sites about 25% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a technical expert on Snowflake’s AI/ML workload capabilities.
•Build, deploy, and operationalize ML pipelines using Snowflake features and/or partner tools based on customer requirements.
•Create hands-on POCs demonstrating best practices for GenAI and ML workloads using SQL, Python, and APIs.
•Work with system integrator consultants and provide guidance to resolve customer-specific technical challenges.
•Support knowledge transfer and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake products and marketing.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years’ experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
•Hands-on scripting with SQL and at least one of Python, R, Java, or Scala.
•Thorough understanding of the data science lifecycle (feature engineering, model development, deployment, and management).
•Strong understanding of MLOps, including technologies and methods for deploying and monitoring models.
•Experience with at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and at least one data science tool (e.g., SageMaker, AzureML, Vertex, Dataiku, DataRobot, H2O, Jupyter Notebooks).
