Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive deployment and evolution of engineering environments aligned with the Group engineering strategy.
  • •Define workbench and engineering tool architectures, ensuring coherence and performance.
  • •Ensure coordination between engineering teams and IS/IT to guarantee availability, security, and efficiency of solutions.
  • •Support teams through training, coaching, and support on engineering processes and practices.
  • •Define and run the E2 budget and associated license portfolio; lead a global network of experts to standardize and rationalize environments worldwide.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or Master 2 in computer science, electronics, aeronautics, or an equivalent field.
  • •Solid experience applying engineering practices to complex projects.
  • •Experience piloting development and integration environments in critical contexts.
  • •Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies at scale.
  • •Hands-on skills with DevSecOps, CI/CD and engineering tooling such as GitLab CI, Jira, and Jenkins, plus cloud and container technologies (Cloud Ready/Cloud Native, Docker, Kubernetes).
