Key Responsibilities

•Deliver cross-functional projects on time and within agreed scope, owning plans, milestones, and outcomes.
•Lead people who do not report to you by building commitment, making ownership explicit, and holding contributors accountable.
•Run the project operating cadence: schedule the right meetings, drive decisions, and follow through on action items.
•Surface risks and dependencies early and manage trade-offs when timeline, scope, and resources collide.
•Report project status to leadership with what moved, what is blocked, what decision is needed, and by when; start with Lead-to-Cash then expand as priorities shift.
