Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Lead Appointed Party for BIM delivery under ISO 19650, with authority to accept/reject/delay information deliveries that do not meet standards and EIR.
  • •Create and maintain BEPs, MIDPs, and review/approve TIDPs submitted by design disciplines.
  • •Set up and manage project Common Data Environment structures in Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, including workflows, access control, and information container status.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary coordination activities, chair clash detection reviews, run coordination meetings, and resolve issues across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • •Supervise and mentor BIM teams in Revit best practices and manage COBie-compliant asset data structuring for facilities management handover.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years as a BIM Manager/Coordinator or senior BIM role, focused on commercial buildings, data centers, and mission critical facilities.
  • •Hands-on experience applying ISO 19650 on live projects, including Lead Appointed Party responsibilities and working knowledge of EIR, BEP, MIDP, and TIDP documentation.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP) including parametric modeling, family creation, phasing, worksets, design options, view templates, and advanced scheduling.
  • •Expert experience managing Common Data Environments using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360 and strong Navisworks skills for 3D coordination, clash detection, and 4D sequencing.
  • •Practical knowledge of COBie asset data structuring and familiarity with BSRIA BG6 Building Services BIM guidance.
