Job Summary

Build client relationships in a branch setting by engaging people and business customers in conversations that uncover financial needs. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation of client interactions.

•Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates during in-person and phone conversations.
•Identify financial wellness opportunities and provide effective, customized recommendations to clients.
•Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while driving sales and referrals using appointments, lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
•Open personal and business accounts and support lending/deposit products such as home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions; support teller transactions as needed and work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ year experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales more important than financial services experience).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Comfortable interacting with small business clients, handling objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) to educate clients on Key’s digital platforms.
