Key Responsibilities

•Receive merchandise and count it physically and electronically to ensure accuracy of information.
•Inspect product quality and report discrepancies to store management about damaged products.
•Classify and stock products in the stock room per store procedures to ensure quick availability.
•Tag newly arrived stock and/or return products as instructed by senior staff.
•Assist sales staff in replenishing stocks on shelves to ensure product availability at all times.

Key Requirements

•Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting up to 10 kg, with flexibility to extend hours during sales/festival periods.
•Receive, inspect, count and store merchandise accurately, both physically and electronically.
•Inspect product quality and report discrepancies to store management; tag and classify stock for quick availability.
•Record inbound/outbound inventory and maintain stock reports; monitor price tags and assist during stock takes.
•Assist sales staff with stock replenishment to ensure product availability on shelves.
