Job Summary

Lead strategic, data-driven initiatives for the Auto Strategy team, shaping growth and profitability across consumer and lending products. Drive product and pricing strategy through advanced modeling and analytics, oversee credit risk improvements, and translate customer and market signals into new insights and go-to-market experiences. Collaborate across IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance while managing and developing 1–2 analysts and multiple projects to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success amid shifting consumer and regulatory demands.
•May manage and develop 1–2 analysts, coaching and mentoring associates to develop and retain talent.
•Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for lending products, including product-level modeling and analytics.
•Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and build targeted insights to inform customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
•Drive credit risk improvements by building risk models, connecting drivers of future trends to historical behavior, and testing hypotheses using monitoring and analysis.
•Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements, and oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently.
•Partner across IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and others to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,800 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, or in the process of obtaining one by the start date.
•Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or an MBA with a quantitative concentration), or in the process of obtaining one by the start date.
•Strong quantitative orientation and ability to make decisions and solve problems based on analytics.
•People leadership experience is preferred (e.g., 2+ years) and consulting experience is a plus.
