•Build and lead high-velocity engineering teams that ship product quickly and with polish.
•Stay deeply technical and hands-on by reading PRs, writing prototypes, and working through difficult problems.
•Turn raw ideas into working systems, even when iterating quickly with early versions.
•Rally and align the team through ambiguity, setbacks, and tough customer asks while driving sprint clarity and urgency without burnout.
•Own roadmap alignment and customer understanding for the product areas your team owns; coach and mentor engineers.
