Job Summary

Perform aircraft maintenance in Base Maintenance, carrying out routine servicing, component replacements, and approved structural repairs for Emirates and third-party aircraft. Work under Licensed Aircraft Engineers to support troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications, ensuring tasks are completed using OEM documentation such as AMM, IPC, CMM, and SRM. Maintain a strong safety culture, keep work areas free of FOD, and support continuous improvement while ensuring accurate shift handovers.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of aircraft, engines, and components, including approved structural repairs, in line with manufacturer procedures.
•Follow safety procedures for fluid replenishment, aircraft refuelling, and aircraft systems charging/servicing as required.
•Complete component replacements and maintenance activities using OEM-approved documentation (AMM, IPC, CMM, SRM) as required.
•Support Licensed Aircraft Engineers and approved/licensed technicians in troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications based on job cards, with timely completion and accurate shift handovers.
•Maintain a strong safety culture by minimising risks, reporting deficiencies, keeping work areas free of FOD, and auditing toolboxes, vehicles, and equipment in line with airport safety regulations.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Engineering.
•Vocational or Diploma (12+2 or equivalent).
•Graduate (12+2) in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
•Apprenticeship in Aircraft Maintenance (or equivalent training) with a reputable airline or approved aircraft maintenance organisation, or an Engineering Aircraft Maintenance License.
•Experience in an aircraft engineering environment, including at least two years of on-the-job training in an airline or approved aircraft maintenance organisation.
