Job Summary

Coordinate the end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate communications for a team of recruiters within the Talent organization. Support recruiting operations by creating and posting jobs and accurately tracking recruiting activity in HRIS systems like Workday and Greenhouse. Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely follow-through, and help with ad hoc process improvement and talent projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Support a team of recruiters with day-to-day scheduling of interviews and manage candidate communications.
•Provide recruiting operations support including job creation, posting, and accurate tracking in HRIS/ATS systems such as Workday and Greenhouse.
•Deliver a high-quality candidate experience for every candidate who interviews.
•Facilitate timely follow-up and follow-through through partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers, with attention to detail.
•Partner with the Talent team on process improvement initiatives and other ad hoc TA projects or reporting.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of professional experience in a recruiting-related or similar coordinator role.
•Experience with at least one applicant tracking system, ideally Greenhouse; GoodTime and Workday experience is a plus.
•Proficient with Google Applications (Gmail, Calendar, and Drive).
•Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management with strong written and verbal communication.
•Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment while being a strong team player.
