Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate diligence and underwriting documentation for complex credit relationships and support credit presentation preparation and discussions through closing and funding.
  • •Review loan agreements for alignment with approval documents, identify potential documentation issues, and coordinate steps to address issues with the Relationship Manager.
  • •Analyze financial statements and projections, document client performance, and identify risks and risk mitigants for the most complex credits.
  • •Ensure credit process metrics and compliance requirements are met within the assigned portfolio, follow through on issue remediation.
  • •Serve as a client and internal point of contact for the assigned portfolio, including possible site visits, and support/mentor Credit Delivery Analysts and Associates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent education/work experience).
  • •2–4+ years of experience in commercial, corporate, leveraged, and/or investment banking or a credit-focused environment supporting underwriting and transactions.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to document credit analyses, risks, and recommendations.
  • •Proficient use of Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools to prepare, analyze, and present credit materials.
  • •Working knowledge of asset-reliant and cash flow / enterprise value–reliant credit structures, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
