Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical support activities for a specific customer, including escalations, fleet performance, installations, improvement programs, and upgrades.
  • •Act as the intermediary and field escalation focal point between the customer and internal divisions, providing technical support and documentation.
  • •Provide Alpha and Beta site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing of new hardware/software/process designs on in-house or customer tools.
  • •Initiate and review ECOs to ensure fixes are supported, communicate updates to the field, and generate system performance data.
  • •Support GPS documentation (e.g., CENs and BKMs), create/review technical improvement and upgrade documentation, and ensure field implementation.
