Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) compliant with government and corporate requirements showing cost and schedule integration.
  • •Assist in planning and cost estimating tasks, perform analyses, and prepare reports to ensure programs meet or exceed schedule commitments.
  • •Prepare internal weekly and monthly program schedule review packages and external Contractual Data Requirements List submittals.
  • •Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, variance analysis and other in-depth schedule analyses.
  • •Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain current contract schedule baselines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and 5+ years of Program Planning, Scheduling, or Project Management experience (or Advanced Degree with 3+ years)
  • •Experience with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar)
  • •Experience developing IMS and evaluating critical path/workflow
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar processes
  • •Strong communication and ability to interface with multiple levels of the organization
