Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation systems on field vehicles and logging equipment
  • •Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system specifications
  • •Install, test, and commission equipment upgrades and system improvements
  • •Provide on-site technical support at client mine sites, including breakdown response and fault rectification
  • •Deliver training and mentoring to junior technicians and field operators

Key Requirements

  • •Certificate III (or higher) in Electronics, Electrical, or related trade qualification
  • •Unrestricted Manual C Class Driver’s Licence
  • •Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting experience
  • •Experience in electrical/electronic control systems (installation and maintenance)
  • •Exposure to PLCs, instrumentation, automation, or CAN systems (desirable)
