Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage project controls activities, ensuring integration of planning, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, reporting, and risk management.
  • •Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, baselines, milestones, critical paths, and recovery plans.
  • •Monitor project progress and identify schedule slippage, trends, delays, and related risks and mitigation or recovery actions.
  • •Manage cost control activities including budgets, commitments, actual costs, accruals, forecasts, and Estimate at Completion (EAC), and ensure accurate progress measurement reporting.
  • •Lead the Project Controls team, coordinate with key stakeholders, ensure change management impacts are assessed, and provide compliant weekly/monthly reporting and management presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •15+ years of relevant experience in Project Controls, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • •Strong experience on Oil & Gas EPC and Lump Sum projects across the full project lifecycle phases.
  • •Proven experience with project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, and reporting.
  • •Advanced knowledge of planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, with strong proficiency in Excel and project reporting systems.
