Support the store’s success by providing friendly, efficient customer service at the cash wrap and maintaining a well-kept sales floor. Accurately run POS, handle cash in line with policy, and promote add-on products and gift cards while capturing customer information where allowed. Manage shipments and transfers, keep stockroom clean, replenish and maintain stock levels, and execute visual merchandising updates in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
