Key Responsibilities

  • •Be part of a Scrum team and hold overall responsibility for selected product features.
  • •Ensure implementation within the development team and that scope is delivered with quality and on time.
  • •Coordinate with Area Product Owner and other teams/stakeholders when features require cross-unit alignment.
  • •Collaborate with technical leads, developers, Scrum Masters, and UX/UI to identify and resolve cross-unit dependencies and remove impediments.
  • •Translate high-level requirements into User Stories, explain them to the team, and prioritize the product backlog for detailed planning.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience managing and delivering Scrum/Kanban projects
  • •1+ years of project leadership experience
  • •proven track record of delivering projects on time and with quality
  • •ability to work autonomously and with a team, supporting developers, testers, architects, UI/UX designers
  • •excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Romanian, with strong Jira usage knowledge
