Principal Machine Learning Engineer

Drive the development and deployment of production-grade machine learning systems, including ranking, retrieval, and LLM-based solutions. Lead complex technical decisions across model architecture, experimentation, and rigorous evaluation, and ensure end-to-end deployment with continuous monitoring and improvement. Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into Atlassian products, while mentoring engineers and shaping systems and capabilities over multiple quarters.
