Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualisations to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • •Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities, producing actionable insight and recommendations.
  • •Embed within operational teams to understand performance drivers, customer outcomes, and business challenges, building trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • •Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, challenge constructively, and influence decision-making.
  • •Lead delivery of regulatory and operational reporting requirements and drive improvements in reporting processes, data quality, and analytical capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a forward-thinking Analyst or similar analytical role.
  • •Expert experience using Excel and reporting/visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI to develop dashboards and insight.
  • •Experience using analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power Query, Tableau Prep (or similar) to analyse complex datasets.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • •A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent practical experience.
