Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle from first contact through offer acceptance.
  • •Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of elite technical talent.
  • •Partner with recruiting peers, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver accurate matches.
