Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and govern the demand planning framework across markets and channels.
  • •Develop SKU-level forecasts by market using statistical models and market intelligence.
  • •Integrate product launches, promotions, tender pipelines, and lifecycle changes into demand plans.
  • •Conduct scenario planning and demand risk assessments, and validate assumptions with Sales Operations and commercial teams.
  • •Lead demand planning process development, prepare executive demand reviews and KPI dashboards, and ensure timely reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • •5-7 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting.
  • •Strong supply chain and industry knowledge, including production planning and forecasting methodologies.
  • •Strong statistical and analytical capabilities with materials management knowledge.
  • •Excellent communication, leadership, reporting/presentation, and time-management skills.
