Job Summary

Lead workforce transformation engagements for clients by applying governance, program leadership, process optimization, and change management across payroll, HR, and organizational initiatives. Collaborate with service lines to assess readiness and impacts, develop scalable change approaches, and execute communication strategies. Analyze qualitative and quantitative workforce data, facilitate workshops and forums, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps. Support engagement team development and contribute to proposals and client meetings while meeting utilization targets.

•Apply Grant Thornton methodologies and best practices across workforce transformation engagements, including organizational change, HR, and payroll.
•Develop and execute scalable approaches to manage workforce and operational change, assessing impacts, readiness, and capability needs.
•Collaborate with engagement teams to design integrated communication strategies and keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
•Prepare and deliver presentations; facilitate project meetings, client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and transformation working sessions.
•Proactively manage workstreams, escalate risks as needed, and support engagement team coaching and development; assist with proposal drafting and client information requests.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,400 - 140,760 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or other relevant degree required.
•3+ years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice preferred.
•Experience in program/project management and/or organizational change management.
•Experience in culture awareness, communications planning/execution, stakeholder engagement, job role design, and/or training planning/execution.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project).
