Junior Specialized Service Providers Analyst (Procurement)

Manage the lifecycle of specialized service providers and related contracts, ensuring document integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational risk mitigation. Maintain the contract database and corporate records, track renewals and expirations, coordinate review/approval workflows with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and requesting departments, and support audits. Generate contract and compliance reports, follow up on executed documents, and prepare executive updates while validating provider registration information.
