Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute original, engaging virtual events that drive lead generation
•Coordinate platform setup, speaker prep, design materials, the live event, and post-event enablement
•Manage promotional efforts across email, social media, and partners’ channels to boost event registration and attendance
•Collaborate with internal teams and speakers to collect and organize event content and materials
•Monitor event performance metrics to influence future campaigns

Salary: USD 79,000 - 121,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in demand generation marketing, field or event management at startups or fast-growing tech or SaaS, with the ability to independently manage programs that result in high-impact events.
•Ability to plan, support, and or execute up to double-digit virtual events per month
•Proven track record of using project management tools such as Notion or Asana to stay organized and attentive to details
•Experience with virtual events technology and complementary tools and platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Goldcast, Hubspot, On24, GTW, or similar CRM/marketing automations)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset for working with vendors and internal teams
