Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, covering planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Prepare client-facing project inputs including scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, project schedules and landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources, conduct complex RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend qualified resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate development of project charters and integrated timelines; ensure functions stay on schedule and resolve or escalate issues.
  • •Lead and coach the project team, collaborate on solutions through implementation and completion, and maintain SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •8+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong experience with commercial high-end interior projects and ground-up construction, including industrial distribution center projects (new construction and renovations).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
