Key Responsibilities

•Providing monitoring coverage, triage and investigation of escalated alerts (T3) from various sources.
•Responding to cybersecurity incidents through playbook-based actions and critical thinking.
•Performing root cause analysis and implementing lessons learned to improve security posture.
•Collaborating with security engineering, threat intelligence, insider threat and managed SOC to enhance monitoring and response.
•Developing and maintaining knowledge base, playbooks and use cases; assisting with proactive initiatives and cross-team projects.

Key Requirements

•Direct experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
•Experience working in an incident response or digital forensics role.
•Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity disciplines such as vulnerability research, network traffic analysis, malware analysis, digital forensics, memory analysis, web-security and threat hunting.
•Experience in creating queries and alerts in a SIEM, preferably SPL; Windows/Unix OS forensics; cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP).
•CISSP, GIAC certifications or equivalent.
