  • •Lead day-to-day operations and development of the R&D regulatory labeling team at corporate headquarters.
  • •Serve as the professional USDA regulatory labeling resource and develop partnerships with internal and external partners.
  • •Manage multiple labeling projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support food product development.
  • •Stay current on USDA labeling regulations, provide guidance on impacts, and perform comparative analysis of supporting documentation to ensure adherence to USDA and company standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related technical field.
  • •Experience in labeling and/or Nutrition Facts Panels (3+ years preferred).
  • •Experience managing teams (preferred).
  • •Willingness and ability to learn and become proficient in USDA regulations and labeling.
  • •Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
