Key Responsibilities

  • •Purchase assigned commodities based on business requirements and daily market analysis timing decisions.
  • •Develop and implement category strategies using supply/demand balances, industry trends, market dynamics, and cost drivers.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and external suppliers, serving as a primary contract management contact for manufacturing locations.
  • •Provide contract and position management support and deliver accurate monthly material forecasts, communicating market trends, cost changes, and key drivers.
  • •Partner with Research & Development and Quality to support innovation initiatives, supplier quality investigations, and corrective actions, including risk mitigation for material supply.
