Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete ownership of analog mixed-signal blocks for memory interface PHYs in cutting-edge FinFET technology nodes.
  • •Responsible for circuit design, layout quality, electrical and timing analysis, and reliability checks.
  • •Interface with cross-functional teams like RTL, Verification and Physical Design.
  • •Document technical work thoroughly and present findings to peers and stakeholders.
  • •Drive design quality and efficiency improvements through rigorous analysis and iteration.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or equivalent) with specialization in microelectronics.
  • •Strong hands-on experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design for memory interface PHYs (DDR 5/6, LPDDR 5/6 and GDDR6/7) or serial links (SerDes, PCIe), including transmitter/receiver blocks.
  • •Knowledge of power-performance trade-offs, with familiarity of LDOs and fast transient regulators is a plus.
  • •Experience in all phases of design analysis including functional, timing and electrical sign-off, and ability to document and present work clearly.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interface with RTL, verification and physical design teams.
