Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and negotiable instruments while cashing checks and balancing cash daily. Operate an online teller terminal, resolve client requests and inquiries promptly, and maintain privacy of customer information. Represent the bank professionally, follow teller procedures and compliance requirements, and cross-sell bank products to strengthen client relationships. Complete required reports and records and support training, coordination, and assigned duties such as night drop and clerical work.
