Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall management of a product line value stream from Quote-to-Ship, meeting safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory metrics.
  • •Assess product design information for EMS partners, including engineering documentation, material lists, quoting requests, engineering change orders, inventory management, RMA, and quality management.
  • •Act as the primary contact and manufacturing expert for EMS providers; partner with internal teams and product managers on finance, design-for-manufacture, scheduling, capacity planning, and customizations.
  • •Handle day-to-day issues such as supply chain disruptions, quality problems affecting performance, change management, lifecycle maintenance, and config-to-order customizations.
  • •Lead or participate in weekly coordination/action meetings with engineering and contract manufacturing teams, and mentor colleagues to build organizational capability.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •College diploma or university degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain, including experience with an electronic manufacturing services provider/manufacturer.
  • •Experience working for an OEM and managing EMS partners.
  • •Fluency in English and French (working proficiency in both languages).
  • •Be legally authorized to work in Canada without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.
