Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain an internal full-stack platform spanning modern front end, backend services, and document/relational data layers.
  • •Engage with business teams to capture requirements firsthand and deliver solutions that reduce manual repetitive work.
  • •Provide platform technical depth and redundancy to prevent dependence on any single individual or component.
  • •Develop end-to-end solutions that translate business requirements into technical approaches and working implementations.
  • •Manage version control and release processes across Sandbox, QA, and production environments and support deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering features from concept to production.
  • •Strong full-stack versatility across the stack rather than a narrow specialization.
  • •Proficiency in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack, including React (front end) and Node.js (back end).
  • •Working knowledge of Git or Azure DevOps for version control, branching, merging, and multi-environment release/deployment.
  • •Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into a sound technical approach and implementation.
