Job Summary

Lead and manage multiple construction-focused projects, owning overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes. Direct and develop a project management team, oversee schedule and budget performance, and ensure timely, correct deliverables. Manage subcontractor and vendor performance, provide progress and cost reporting, and drive installation strategies using industry best practices. Partner on estimating, construction feasibility, and value engineering while leveraging construction technology platforms to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as an ambassador for the company and lead multiple projects through to completion and financial success.
•Lead and manage assigned project management team members and ensure deliverables are completed timely and correctly.
•Manage schedule and budget performance, including costs for labor, materials, and equipment; prepare and present cost reports as required.
•Direct installation strategies using industry best practices and manage organizational resources and variables to meet project targets.
•Manage subcontractor/vendor performance, cultivate relationships with teammates/customers/vendors, and partner on estimating, construction feasibility, and value engineering.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•AAS or BS in Construction Management or Construction Engineering (relevant experience considered in lieu of degree).
•Minimum 10 years of progressive construction industry experience in management or leadership roles; experience with large structured cabling and/or data center construction preferred.
•Extensive experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects across construction vertical markets.
•Experience managing project delivery methods (lump sum/fixed price, cost plus, GMP, unit price/rate, design-build, time and material).
•Professional certifications preferred: OSHA-30, BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, and/or PMI PMP.
•Experience managing construction teams of 50-100+ technicians on project sites. (include?)
