Key Responsibilities

•Work across the research-to-production lifecycle as an ML/ML-Ops/Software/Performance engineer.
•Own and evolve research infrastructure end-to-end, including orchestration, distributed training, model tracking/evaluation, and automated deployment.
•Build and scale distributed compute for research workloads, managing GPU capacity and keeping infrastructure reliable and cost-efficient.
•Improve R&D speed and quality through performance engineering (vectorization/parallelization, profiling, and speedups).
•Mentor peers and act as a point of contact between Research and Production engineering to productionize breakthroughs rapidly.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of progressive relevant work experience.
•Experience leading projects and owning delivery end-to-end.
•Software Engineering or Machine Learning Engineering experience in an ML R&D environment, ideally bridging research and production.
•Strong understanding of ML and ML-Ops (experiment tracking, model registries/deployment) and reasoning about non-deterministic systems.
•Fluency in a high-level programming language, preferably Python, with solid understanding of lower-level languages like C++ and Rust.
