Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead daily sales-floor activities and help deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ V.I.B.E.S service model. Champion a positive team culture, assist across store departments (POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations), and work with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals. Manage day-to-day team activities through delegation and follow-up, serve as a brand ambassador, and support asset protection, shortage prevention, and inventory control.
